Pricing

All prices are in Euros (€) are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the highly unlikely event that it is necessary to levy a surcharge, we reserve the right to do so, and notification will establish a final price or balance due.

Included

Accommodation, all meals and transportation as indicated in the itinerary; educational materials; pre-departure information and permits where and when required, excursions as included in the itinerary.​​

Excluded

Air transportation and related fees; activities noted as optional in the itinerary; gratuities; passport; visa; medical expenses; baggage/accident/cancellation insurance; personal expenses

Payment

To confirm a reservation, a per-person deposit is required as indicated on the itinerary page. Final payment is due no later than 60 days before departure. Payments must be made by TransferWire or International Bank Transfer. A participant’s reservation may be cancelled if full payment has not been received by 60 days before a scheduled tour/workshop commencement date. For reservations made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required to confirm the reservation. (Please read our Cancellation Policy below). 

Cancellation Policy​

If a participant cancels 61 days or more before a tour/workshop commencement date, a refund less an administrative fee of 50% of the deposit

Any airline and transport tickets issued are subject to the carrier’s refund policy. Arriving late or leaving a tour/workshop in progress, for any reason whatsoever, will not result in a refund. Moreover, no refunds for any unused portions of a tour/workshop. We reserve the right to cancel any photographic tour because of inadequate enrolment that makes the photo tour economically infeasible to operate. Alternatively, because of good-faith concerns for the safety, health, or welfare of the participants. 

If a tour or workshop is cancelled before the departure/tour commencement date, we will provide participants with a full refund of monies paid. If we cancel the tour/workshop in progress, participants will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days not completed on the photo tour.

Cancellation

Insurance is strongly advised at an additional cost.

Itinerary Changes 

The itineraries are subject to modification and change by us. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate programs as planned, but alterations may still occur after final itineraries are sent.

Documentation

Participants are responsible for obtaining any documents required for their participation in a tour/workshop such as a valid passport.

Health Requirements

Participants must be in good physical and mental health. Any physical condition, diet or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing when the reservation is made.

Photography & Video

We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any expedition or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use. By making a reservation on a photo tour/or one-2-one workshop, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used without compensation to the participant. If the participant prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify us in writing before the departure of the photo tour / one-2-one workship.

All photographs, video, and related materials created by the participant on a tour/workshop shall belong to the participant upon creation.

Dispute Resolution

If the participant has a complaint, he/she should first inform us while on the expedition so that we can attempt to rectify the matter. If the participant is still dissatisfied, he/she should submit the complaint in writing within 30 days of the completion of the tour/workshop.
